Account & sign-in (Apple or Google)

Caldee uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. If you can't sign in:

  • Make sure you're using the same provider you signed up with.
  • Check your internet connection, then fully close and reopen the app.
  • For Apple, confirm you're signed in to iCloud in iOS Settings; for Google, confirm your Google account is available on the device.

Subscriptions & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account, not by Caldee directly. To view, change, or cancel:

  • Open the iPhone Settings app.
  • Tap your name at the top (Apple ID), then Subscriptions.
  • Select Caldee and tap Cancel Subscription.

You'll keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Apple Health permissions

Caldee can read active & resting energy, steps, and weight from Apple Health to calculate your daily calorie balance, and can write your weight back. To change what Caldee can access:

  • Open the Health app → Sharing tab → Apps & ServicesCaldee.
  • Toggle each data type on or off as you prefer.

If numbers look off, make sure your iPhone is recording activity and that Caldee has permission to read energy and steps.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and data from inside the app:

  • Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  • Confirm. This removes your account and synced data from our cloud.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately in Apple's Subscriptions settings (see above).

Request data deletion by email

Prefer we handle it for you? Send a deletion request from the email tied to your account using the button below, with the subject “Delete my data”. We'll confirm once it's done.

Apple Health data looks wrong

Caldee reflects what Apple Health records. If your calorie balance seems off, check that your iPhone and any connected wearables are syncing activity to Health, and that Caldee's read permissions are enabled. Pull to refresh on the dashboard to re-read the latest values.
